やっぱりマスカット♪

白桃の季節がそろそろ終わり、今度は黄桃が登場。
そして、葡萄の季節もやってきました。
今朝はシャインマスカット、黄桃を楽しみましたが、毎朝いろんな果物を少しずつ味わっています。

わが家の朝ごはんは、果物とトースト、それにコーヒーが定番。
こんなにいろいろ食べているのに、血糖値は思ったほど高くないんですよね！笑
