さんま定食（２）＠【あぶり屋：...
初物の代表として　「さんま（塩焼き）定食」　や　「カキフライ定食」　は、出始めに食べるのですが、一度食べますと安心するのか、その後あまり気にしなくなってしまいます。

本日は、【あぶり屋：鈴ぎん】で「秋刀魚定食」（７７０円）を選びました。
出来上がるまで壁に貼られたメニューを眺めていて「カキフライ：３個」（２９０円）というのに驚き、＜神田店長＞に「福寿は　３個で（４００円）　ですよ」と言えば、苦笑いしておりました。

このお店は、「カレーコロッケ」が副材として付き、小鉢物は日替わりで「ひじき」でした。

食べる前に秋刀魚の「骨抜き」を行い、頭と骨以外は何も残さずにいただいてきました。

うっ、秋刀魚も喜んでいるでしょうねぇ。
シーズン初めは騒がれますが、時期がすぎると忘れがちになりますね。
安くておいしい秋刀魚、また食べたくなりました。（笑）
