前回のプロジェクトでは、1969年のCorvetteにGM最大のレーシング・エンジンZZ572(9.4リッター)を搭載した。
目標はＣ３の正常進化型を作成することだ。
トレードマークの丸型のテールランプは、もちろんカッコイイのだが、ぼやけた電球が光っていては少々古臭い。

そこで、全ての電球をＬＥＤに変更することにした。
ただし、レンズの拡散が電球用になっているため、ＬＥＤへコンバージョンするだけでは、綺麗な光は得られない。
光を拡散させないための加工が必要なのだ。
そして、完成間近の画像が届いた。

スモールランプ点灯時には、シボレーのボウタイマークが浮かび上がり、ブレーキを踏むと全体が明るく光る！
これ、最強かも！
