「アラ煮」にしようか迷ったけど、今回は頭が4つ（2尾分）だから
「兜煮」にました
当然？スーパー作です
この濃厚な味付けは家庭では無理！と開き直っています　(/ω＼) ＊絹厚揚げ焼 ポン酢醤油か好み... ＊絹厚揚げ焼

最近お造りを食べていない事に気づきました。(^^; 新鮮なお造りは食欲がない時でも進みますね。

そう言えば最近ハマチ食べていません、この時期はハマチ釣りに行きませんからね

コレ、養殖です
香川はハマチの養殖天国です
天然物は日本海から来ることが多いです
