この日は眼科検診だったので、前日にお使いに行きました
綺麗なピカピカの鰯があったので…
鰯は字のごとく弱いから、その日のうちに梅生姜煮に　(^_-)-☆
圧力鍋でするから簡単です

ありがとうございます。
久しぶりに作った前回は煮詰めすぎて辛かったので
今回は温めるだけにしました
ちょうどいい味加減で美味しかったです
