Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac

I installed Microsoft Office for Mac yesterday and started create a presentation this morning.

I used to use PowerPoint a lot so that I thought I know how to use it. What the hell wrong this software? Why do you need so many options and menus to just create a simple text and box with no decorations? I have been working on this simple one page for hours. Why is the menu taking up much space on my screen? Who is the designer of this useless software?

This software is a piece of crap.
