One day, I watched a program called "Wind Phone" online. It’s a story about a private phone booth in "Belgardia kujirayama". It’s located on a hill overlooking the Sanriku Coast in Otsuchi-cho, Kamihei-gun, Iwate Prefecture. In March of 2011, many people lost their lives in the Great East Japan Earthquake there. The phone in this program isn’t connected to anything and therefore doesn’t actually make any calls. However, many people who lost their families and loved ones visit the phone booth to talk to their lost ones. In 2016, the NHK aired this program as a special feature, five years after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
In 2018, I created PostInHeaven.com. My thought was, if I could leave a message on the phone, why not leave a message in heaven? And why not make it an internet message?
When you go to the home page, there’s a text box where users can send whatever they want. I’ve encrypted the site with the latest at the latest SSL. However, the site doesn’t record any written messages. Even as the site operator, I have no way of seeing what you write. At best, it’s a completely secure site. At worst, it’s a meaningless site.
I hope you’ll use this site to write whatever you want and relieve your stress. You can write whatever you want and send it anytime with no charge. We look forward to seeing you there. I'd like to improve this site, so I’d love to hear your suggestions.
