Golf Outing

thread
Golf Outing
I played golf today. I did not think it is going to get this hot so I wore black ... Big mistake. It was warm today. When we get back to our car, it was 86 degree.

I am thinking this might be a last nice summer day.

Smart People

Smart People
I really think we have one of the smartest bunch of people working at PSPINC. Any question that I have can sure be answered by someone at PSPINC. I just remember to ask questions.

I would like you to ask us any question regarding your computer and Internet needs. I am sure we can give you answers. If not you at least know you have questions that PSPINC can not answer. We like challenges too.

Lease Return

thread
Lease Return
I have returned the car that I leased from BMW this morning at 9:00am. When I went to BMW Bellevue, all the sales people were in the locked door meeting. The reception asked me if I can wait until 10 or come back after 10. Although the dealership is not too far way from my office, I really did not want to make a second trip just to drop a car.

Luckily, the manager at BMW (whom I known for years) came out of the meeting and saw me. Despite the fact he was the on who was running the sales meeting, he had everyone wait and took care of me. Great service! That is the reason why I buy cars from BMW Bellevue.

I buy service ... not only a car. Thanks.

What do you do?

thread
What do you do?
Few years ago, one customer brought in a computer that did not boot up everytime. When he came in, he wanted us to find out what was wrong. So we took it in to observe it over night. During the night, the computer died completely. Next morning we informed the person that the motherboard of the computer is completely dead.

After a few second of pause, he claimed that we broke the computer.
Farther, he said his computer was needed little clean up when he brought it in.

What do you do?

We have decided to give him a new computer and revided the procedure for receiving the computer from the customer. It was the lesson learned.

Quantity vs Quality
Web Hosting is becoming a quantity business much like airline. But I would like PSPINC to provide high quality services at affordable price. The service you receive from PSPINC is exceptional. Just ask any of our customer. We treat you like you are a friend of the founder (me).

I miss a good service in the air.

Something you should know about SPAM.

thread
Something you should know ab...
We all have seen SPAM email in you mailbox despite our effort to eliminate all SPAM email from coming through to your mailbox. But did you know estimated 78% of all emails are considered SPAM. So every email that you receive, there are about 4 more spam emails.

PSPINC has been working very hard in last few weeks to improve our SPAM detection technology. We are now eliminating over 90% of all SPAM emails. So far we have not received any misidentification. So, take a look at SPAM summary email we send out once a day and find out how much we are eliminating.

Nobody wants to see any SPAM, and we are working very hard to make it so.

When the customer is not right!

thread
When the customer is not right!
Businesses are there to make money ... So to that end, as long as businesses are making money customer is always right. But when the customers' demands are costing businesses more than revenues, customers are not alway right. Or are they?
