『かぼすこ』　と　『ひらあじ』

同じく大分産の、「ひらあじの塩焼き」　に　「かぼすこ」　を。

魚の塩焼きにも　「かぼすこ」　は合います。

醤油は少しだけ掛けます。


　　★「さかなでいっぱい」　のお客の皆さんも　「かぼすこ」　大好きです。

お酒ではありません。
「カボス」　という大分特産の柑橘類です。
香りがよく爽やかな酸味があり、大分では料理の薬味として珍重しています。
