思い出の「とんちゃん」　豚ホル...

久しぶりに食べました。

豚ホルモンを使ったうどん焼きです。

豚ホルモンは牛ホルモンに比べて、ヘルシーで脂身が少なくやわらかいです。


４０年ほど前によく食べた　「とんちゃん」

山口県の下松で食べた、とんちゃんの味は忘れません。

安くて旨く、ボリュームがあり、キャベツにしみ込んだ味が格別でした。

とんちゃんと焼酎が良く合います。


　　★これを食べると当時のことが思い出されます。
