豊後水道で獲れる魚は種類も豊富です。

マグロ、ぶり、かんぱち、しまあじ、太刀魚、鯛、鯵、さば、ふぐ、オコゼ、かれい・・・

鮮魚店にも豊富な魚が並びます。

佐伯の一夜干しの魚も美味しいです。


『赤だるま』　自家製の　「あめたの開き」　「カマスの開き」です。


　　★お酒のアテに最高！　とても美味しかったです。

大分は魚が中心に食材の豊富な県です。
これからは「ふぐ」の美味しいシーズンに入ります。
温泉に入って美味しい料理を・・・

是非とももう一度大分に遊びに来てください＾＾
