精米率４９％という大吟醸並みの研きです。

最近は日本酒のネーミングもお洒落なものや変わったものが増えました。
先ずはネーミングから、イメージが湧きますので、
ネーミングは大切ですね。

この酒は本来、大吟醸と言ってもおかしくない出来。
コストパフォーマンスに優れた酒だと思います。
