仕込５００Kgで丁寧に丁寧に醸した酒。

今年の初だし酒　”初すがた”

わずか１００石（一升瓶換算で約１万本）の生産量。


　　『姿　純米吟醸　五百万石　無濾過生原酒』　　飯沼銘醸　　栃木県栃木市上都賀郡西方町

精米歩合：五百万石（55％）　　日本酒度 +4 　　酸度 1.5 　　アルコール度数 17.2°

原料米は五百万石ですが、その味わいは濃厚かつ芳醇。


　　　　★食中酒に持ってこの酒です。
