あの鍋島にも裏鍋島（隠し酒）がありますね。

創業当時の銘柄でもあり今でも地元八戸で親しまれている代表銘酒。

「芳醇旨口」　の　「陸奥八仙」　に対して、「辛口男酒」　の　『陸奥　男山』。

　　　　　原料米：まっしぐら等　　精米歩合：６５％　　日本酒度：＋１５　　酸度：２.２

無濾過生原酒という定番酒にはない特別規格の逸品です！！

無濾過生原酒と飲み応え抜群の濃醇タイプですが、飲み飽きしない辛口純米です。

カタログ上には無いお酒でしょうか？
無濾過生原酒なのでアルコール度も高いのでしょうか？

いえ、一般に販売されていますが、少量生産のため行き渡らないようです。
無濾過生原酒ですが不思議とこの酒はアルコール濃度が低いのです。（１５度）
古名称の「男山」を使い辛口男酒を意識した蔵こだわりのお酒です。
したがって少量生産のため「隠し酒」として裏ラベルになっているのです。
あの佐賀の名酒、「鍋島」の裏ラベル、隠し酒と同じようなものです。
