泉酒造の　“仙介”　を醸した酒粕です。

お酒が美味しいと、酒粕も美味しいのです。

この酒粕は、兵庫産山田錦と兵庫産五百万石を原料とした仙介の酒粕。

美味しくて当たり前ですよね。

粕汁でもよし、焼いて黒砂糖を付けて食べるのも美味しいですよ。

　　　　★寒い夜は粕汁ですね。
