鹿児島産ヤイトかつお！ 鹿児島の坊岬　ヤイトかつおです... 鹿児島の坊岬　ヤイトかつおです。

鹿児島のヤイトがつお3,8k　の刺身です！

ヤイトとは　”お灸“　のことです！

腹のところに”ヤイト（お灸）”の後の斑点みたいな模様があるところから　「ヤイトカツオ」　と呼ばれる。

本当は　「スマカツオ」　と言うのが正しい呼び名のようです。

　　★味は普通のカツオよりモチモチ感があり脂が乗り美味しい！
