『時知らず（時不知）鮭の塩焼き』　を食べました！

北海道の知床の魚屋さんから届いたこの時期の、時知らず（ときしらず）です。

普通の鮭とはぜんぜん味が違います！

脂のノリ！　甘み！　上品な味！　口に入れるととろけます！
