北海道は紋別から送られてきた、船上活〆真ホッケです。

このまま刺身で食べることが出来ます。

　★神戸で刺身で食べられる店はほとんどありません。

ホッケを刺身でも食べられるとは素晴らしいです。水揚げをした漁船まで判るような食材なんですね。

先日これをいただきました。
脂が乗り、とろーっとした食感でした。
美味しかったですよ。
ここ、さかなでいっぱいプラスは北海道から直送しています。
この辺りではここでしか食べることが出来ません。
