これが　「めいち鯛」　です。

こちらは　「真鯛」

昆布の旨味がしみ込んで旨さが倍増！

【めいち鯛とは？】
　　漢字では　「目一鯛」　と書きます。　「大目（おおめ）」　「目鯛（めだい）」　とも言う！
　　西日本で上がる白身の高級魚で、刺身、ムニエル、塩焼きにしても最高の味！
