冷やおろし、秋あがりのお酒が出回っているこの時期！

もう新酒が！！！　早い！

という事は、H27BYです！

酒造年度、または製造年度は、7月1日から翌年の6月30日までをいう。
英語でBrewing Year (Brewery Year) ということから「BY」と略される。
