太田和彦さんのお勧め清酒、『松の司』　が馴染みの店にありました。

迷わずこれを注文しました。

　　『松の司　楽　純米吟醸しぼりたて生』　　滋賀県竜王町　村瀬酒造
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　原料米：　山田錦・吟吹雪（竜王産）
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　精米歩合：　６０％　　日本酒度：　＋３
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　酸度：　１．４度　　アルコール度数：　１５．６度

アテは、この日本酒に会う、「カワハギの薄造り」　を頂きました。

【評価】
「あらばしり」　とはまた違った、ほのかな香りと落ち着いた味わい、
辛口だが辛口を感じさせないバランスの良さ、安定した酒質はさすがです。
（１月までの限定生産出荷、今しか呑めません）

この時期の「カワハギ」を肝と一緒に食べると最高です。
