ちょっとそれは私には無理です。

こっそり入れるとわからないですよ・・・・

ここのところ食欲ゼロで体重が減ってきましたよ･･･。


こういうのならまだいけそうですが･･･。

この時期は食事の工夫が必要ですね、食べないとバテてしまいます。

お寿司食べたくなりました〜！(＾▽＾)
