にしん蕎麦
乾物のにしんは日本酒と水で煮立て、保温容器に
入れれば半日で戻せます。
戻し汁にKUMA出汁を加え、煮詰めて仕上げます。
最後に激辛ペーストを少し入れて完成です。
温かなにしん蕎麦で年越しです・・・・・・
