OBS-Studio 068(備忘録として)：ソース画像に蛍光ペン

線ツールで横線を描画します、「SHIFT」キーで0.00度になります。
黒色を選択し、ペンキ缶を選択、塗りつぶします。
「魔法の杖」を選択、黒色部分をクリックして範囲を選択
DELキーで透過状態に。
ここで重要なのは、透過は周辺部だけ。
ここが重要、レイヤー窓の右下（画面でも右下）の工具をクリック、
レイヤーのプロパティで透明度を255＞150にする。
これで、緑の横線も半透明になる、あとは67と同じ、トリミングして完成。
67の関連で今度は蛍光ペンです。

これは緑色の横棒を半透明にすることで作成出来ます。
