山菜採りに出撃（2022.04.03）

4月の第一日曜日、いつもの山菜採りに出撃。
あいにくの天候でしたが、現場の下見のため出撃。

この寒さで案の定、タカノツメも蕾状態、来週ですね。

スキーで痛めた膝と足首がまだ痛みます。といって動かさないと、このままになるので
リハビリを兼ねての山行、やはり足首が少し熱をもってきたので帰宅後に湿布。
