久しぶりにスペアリブを焼きました。 エバラ焼肉のタレに漬け込んで、冷蔵庫で半日以上寝かせ、 後はオーブントースタで片身15分ずつ焼くだけ。 (オーブンよりオーブントースターの方が早い) 簡単、お手軽、美味しいです。
