土曜日に「良」に行くと、黙ってビールが出てきます。 今日のアテは、自家製塩辛、鯨の刺身、ふろふき大根。 鯨はスジも無く柔らかくて美味しい。 ふろふき大根は赤味噌と白味噌で。 塩辛はお変わりして、ご飯にのせて大満足でした。
