今日の夕飯。マーボー豆腐。
我が家で良く出てくるマーボー塩分を減らすために今回はコチュジャンを抜いてみました。

味付けは鶏がらスープに豆板醤に味噌と砂糖少々。
ちょっと辛味の甘いマーボーになりました。

ほかには春雨のいり卵ときゅうりの少量マヨサラダに、キャベツとカニカマとロメインレタスと葱のスープ。鶏がらスープにごま油だけの味付けであっさりとした味にしました。
薄味でしたがスープは意外といけました。

それと焼きそら豆。そら豆は何もつけずに食べました。
