釜から直接 ウドンを器に盛り、温かい出汁をかけた「釜かけうどん」にエビ天を2本トッピング!これで380円也^o^
宇多津の有名店「おか泉」さんの「ひや天おろし」のように「カブト盛り」(私がつくった造語)にして、記念撮影です。
