PSPINC What's New Newsletter Vol. 90 "Password Management Service"

Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. is pleased to announce the free beta release of Pass Wizard, a password management service that has been available in beta since November 4th, 2021. It is free of charge to use, so please try it out. The setup requires user authentication with a cell phone. Also, even if you have access to your account with your login credentials, there are optional security setting enhancements to require authentication with your cell phone to gain access.

The free beta release is a two-user version (admin account and regular user). A great feature of Pass Wizard is that it allows group subscriptions and the ability to share passwords within a group. For example, you can keep your passwords to yourself, but share things like your company's WiFi login, or other shared passwords, with the group to access files or accounts.

I don't want to explain all of the features of Pass Wizard here because you will understand them once you use it. As for the price, we are planning to keep it under $20 per account per year even after the beta. If you would like to try it for free, please click the link below.

Resumable Upload Feature Added to MegaMail

We are happy to announce that we have just released the new resumable upload feature that is available to all MegaMail subscriptions effective immediately.

With this feature, you are now able to pause and resume your large file upload. A spotty internet connection or a computer crash can happen anywhere at any time. Resumable upload lets you pause and resume when your computer is acting up. Even if you close your browser window or refresh the page, MegaMail resumable upload remembers where you were and lets you continue the upload with no problems!

We have developed and implemented a HELP DESK system allowing our customers to email any questions or problems they have to our customer support team. This is done by simply emailing your problem to support@pspinc.com. When using HELP DESK you can choose any email address you have access to.

When the email enters the system, it is placed in a pool where our support staff can answer each one-by-one in the order they are received - this way, no email gets lost.

This HELP DESK system is built on the PILOT.PSPINC.COM platform, which is a FREE CRM software system where anyone can sign up. HELP DESK is a paid add-on but I want you to try it for FREE. We have no plan to charge for this service to any small businesses so long as there is a ‘Stay-Home’ order in effect.
