相談会開催のチラシが入っていた。
従前から度々通知されるが、利用者が少ないようだ。
URは、特殊団体なので、国土法や不動産の契約等で法律の対象外になっている。
賃貸借契約で、重要事項の説明なども省略されている。

弊害として、保証人ナシなどを強調しているので、賃借人も適当に届けているケースもみられる。
約時に（あんしん登録）などを、積極的に進めておくと緊急時に役に立つ・・

何事も、後日やろうかな？は、忘れてしまうことも多い・・親子・親族間での不協和音で困る人も出ている・・
