昨日・キッチンさくら主催で開催された。
小生を含む高齢者の多くは（健康不安）を抱えている。
宣伝不足～昼から風が強くなった影響か・参加者が少ない。

毎日記録は取らなくてもよいので？気づいたときにチェクする習慣が必要だと感じる。
小生自身最近は不精して、記録は取らないが・体温他のチェックはしている。
体調が悪い時は、絶食もする・無理はしない・・体調（痛いの・痒いの）は誰も変わってくれない？

強風で花粉が飛散しているのでウオーキングはパスした
