ジョグ キロ5'12ペース

5kmをキロ5'00目標でラン。（キロ5'12ペース）
車道の道路は完全にドライのアスファルト路面。
歩道は7割位はドライで、だいぶ走りやすい。
久しぶりに夏靴で走ったら足先が終始冷たく、
まだまだ夏靴は早いと実感しました。
