宮城出張の際お土産で頂いた 白石温麺(うー麺) 油を一切使わない麺の製法で 小麦粉を塩水でこねて造るため、 舌ざわりがよく消化もよく胃にやさしい 何故こんなに短いのかは分りません 未だ食べていないので味のほうは分りません
