今日は一日、凄い日差しでした。
洗濯日よりともあって、シーツなどなど３回洗濯機を回しました。

本日は忙しい人用の豚バラ角煮です。
永谷園から、「フライパン１０分でやわらか角煮！」というキャッチフレーズで出している、豚バラ角煮風です。

豚肉を2㎝の厚さに切って、角煮の素をまぶしフライパンで焼き、あとは調味ソースと水・茹で卵を入れて10分ほど煮込みます。

ちょっと酸味のあるソースです。
八角などを入れて煮込み、トッピングに白ネギをあしらったりしたら、本格的な中華風になると思いますよ。
