ゴーヤレシピ

先日、投稿したアップルゴーヤを、ついに吊るから離しました。



ちょっと上の方から、色づき始めてきたので収穫してしまいました。
こ～んなに成長しましたよ。
大きい方は、長さ１５㎝・円周２８㎝になっていました。
まずは生で少し齧って味見をしてみましたが、グリーンのゴーヤよりは渋みが少ないです。



一つめは、ゴーヤの唐揚げです。
ゴーヤをスライスしたら、塩・コショウ・バジルを降って、
小麦粉とコンスターチを混ぜた衣をつけて、揚げてみました。
衣はパリで、中は柔らかいですよ。
食べて、ちょっぴり苦みが残る大人の味。
殿方のビールのつまみに最高ではないでしょうか～




二つめは、三杯酢でゴーヤのピクルス風です。
ゴーヤとパプリカのスライスを、塩をして置いておきます。
水洗いをして、水きりをしたら、甘めの三杯酢をからませて出来上がりです。
これは、また別の美味しさです、パリパリ歯ごたえ満足です。

まずまずの大きさに成長ですね。

色々な調理で楽しめたんですね。
歯ごたえが良さそうです。
