先日、食べたタラバガニで、今夜...
先日、食べたタラバガニで、今夜はカニコロッケを作ってみました。
カニぎっしりのコロッケの形はまん丸くして、洋食屋さんのようにデミグラスソースにしました。
 ちなみにレタスは家で作ったもの...

そういえば、蟹を食べていません。
羨ましく「カニコロッケ」を拝見させていただきました。
男料理ではなかなか「クリームコロッケ」にするには難しいですね。（苦笑）
