《襍木・/・古往今来92》南天。


ナンテン（南天） 　　　メギ科（Berberidaceae）
学名：Nandina domestica

ナンテンの花が咲くのは梅雨の頃。
雨で花粉が流れてしまうと実が付かなくなる。
それ故か、軒下などに植える風習がある。
野生化した南天は実がまばら、自然は厳しい。
