先ほど大分とり天発祥のお店 『キッチンいこい』のとり天をご紹介しましたけれど、、、 他のお店のとり天は天ぷらの衣です。 鶏胸肉の脂身のない部分を天ぷらの衣で さっくりと揚げます。 それをぽん酢につけて^^ 洋がらしをからめていただきます!^^ 吉四六漬が良く合います^^ たまには、いただきたい懐かしい定食です^^
