この日スーパーで出逢った地魚のお造りに目が止まり、夕飯にいただきました。
 
臭みも無く、美味しくいただきました。😊

お刺身で出てるて、珍しくないんですか？此方ではまず見かけません

ホウボウのお造りは珍しいですね。甘くて臭みもなく美味しかったです❣️

これはお値段がリーズナブルでしたが、実はホウボウは高級魚だそうです。
