炎のコーヒー
昨日の〆は事務所近隣の老舗バーへ。
最新入荷のバーボンや秘蔵のシングルモルトをいただいた後は、アイリッシュコーヒー。
こんな作り方があるとは・・・。
かつて見た、コーヒー・ディアブロほどのパフォーマンス。
そして、仕上がり良さ。
これは後日、もう一度確かめに行く必要がありそうだ。
