前回、美味しかったので再び。(^_-)-☆
今回はチキン。
長芋がとろとろでとても美味しいです。
ホワイトソースより、ヘルシーに違いない!
*タコのカルパッチョ風サラダ:地のボイルしたタコ、レタス、玉ねぎ、きゅうり、トマト
*足つきなめこ、エノキ、シメジのたいたん
*前夜の残り
もうグラタンでお腹一杯!
