＊薄切り牛肉のソテー すき焼き... ＊薄切り牛肉のソテー
すき焼きで残った牛肉で。
オリーブ牛で、柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。
玉ねぎ、ピーマンのソテー、トマトも添えて。
＊小芋の味噌煮
この小芋もお雑煮の残りで
＊ジャコ天とお大根おろし　橙で
橙の適度な甘味がおいしいです。(^_-)-☆
これもお正月の家族旅行の帰り。高松道豊浜SAで買ったもの
＊切り干し大根、数の子、スルメ、お昆布のパリパリ漬け
my daughter-in-lawのお母さんお手製の、おすそ分け
＊菊菜の胡麻和え


この日も家に籠ってました。
生ごみを捨てに出ただけ！
二日連続で、家にあるもので。('◇')ゞ
