寒い一日でした。 X-day前... 寒い一日でした。
X-day前だし、ゴミ出し以外、一歩も出なかった日。
前夜のたこ焼きで残ったたこもあったし…(^_-)-☆
＊手羽元のマーマレード煮
＊タコのぶつ切り、キュウリと
＊ほうれん草のゴマ和え
＊カブラの葉っぱとおジャコのたいたん
＊二十日大根2種とカブラの千枚漬け風

痛いです！
経験者ならではのご心配、ありがとうございます。

始動開始直後が痛くて！
足をひきずって歩いています。
leg warmerもしてるんですが…試練です。

2/16の抜釘手術になりました。
また10日くらい、退屈な病院生活になります。
