敬老の日の地区の行事のお餅つきのとき、お昼はおうどんだったそうです。
その余った玉をウルトラが持って帰ったので、焼きうどんに。
安い牛肉だけど、タップリ入れて！
美味しかったです。

サイドディッシュは「スモークサーモンのマリネサラダ」。
玉ねぎスライス、きゅうり、黄色のパプリカで。

簡単料理でした。m(_ _)m

そちらのうどんで造る焼うどんは腰が有り美味しいでしょうね

くたぁ～！としないので美味しいです。
なぜか焼きうどんは牛肉が美味しいです。
