大きな真鯛のアラ!
大きすぎて煮るお鍋がない
30センチのフライパンで煮るにも、2つは入らず
エラのところで切りました
腹身のところや背骨のところはお豆腐と一緒に別のお鍋で
養殖かと思うけど、骨に大きなコブが1つ
鳴門海峡、泳いだのかな?
*鯛のアラ煮
味が薄くて、文句タラタラ!
*ピーマンと鶏肉の塩キンピラ
*鶏皮酢(ワカメ、大葉)
*ブロッコリーの卵とじ
*ミニトマト
