焼いていると脂がいっぱい下に落ちたんだけど
身はイマイチだと…

ババショフとわたしは照り焼きが大好き！　(^_-)-☆
ちょっと甘口のタレでとても美味しくできました
小ぶりの鰤だったけど美味しかったです ＊牛肉とレンコンのきんぴら ＊... ＊牛肉とレンコンのきんぴら
＊菊菜の胡麻ドレッシング和え
＊長いもの梅和え
＊小かぶのカンタン酢漬け

我が家も塩焼より断然、照り焼き
脂が乗っていても照り焼きの方が美味しいような気がします

でもウルトラはイマイチで…
