先日の照り焼きの残りは塩焼きに
養殖だから脂がのっていて、塩焼きも美味しかったです
天然は、あっさりしているので塩焼きにはちょっと物足りないから…
＊イカげそ、ベーコン、ブロッコリー、コーン、エノキの森のホタテ
のバター醤油炒め
＊真蛸とワカメのお酢の物
＊菊菜と竹輪の胡麻ドレッシング和え
＊カブラの千枚漬け
