焦げ付きそうな暑さ stay ... 焦げ付きそうな暑さ
stay homeしたかったけど、どうしても出かけないといけないことがあって…

オクラ以外は家にあったものばかり
惜しかったなぁ～　
＊鶏うめしそカツ（冷食）
＊イカゆず麹漬け
＊枝豆がんも、オクラ、にぬきの炊き合わせ
＊ちりめん山椒

梅紫蘇は口当たりがよくサッパリしますね

夏は火を使いたくないんですが、そういうわけにもいかず…
煮物はしたくないけど、そういうわけにもいかず、早めにつくってキッチンは時間差で火を使っています

いろいろ自作したけど、結局は業務スーパーのが一番おいしいです
国産鶏肉との表示を信じて！(^_-)-☆
