オリーブ牛切り落としを細かく刻んで、昨夜の煮汁で炒めて具に
味が薄かった ＊キンカン、もつ、こんにゃく煮... ＊キンカン、もつ、こんにゃく煮

＊数の子たっぷりの松前漬け（生協）
出し遅れた！

＊菊菜、カニカマ、たまごの花かつおかけ

＊白菜のお漬物

＊ウルトラは納豆を早々に 新じゃがの丸々揚げ煮の牛肉コロ...
この日はウルトラは早いスタートのゴルフで早いランチ
わたしは遅いモスバーガーでのランチ
わたしはお腹いっぱいだけど、「お腹空いた！」と言われて…

振り向いたらもう食べかけてた
全品揃ってないのに…
私、こういう食べ方、嫌いです
「もう食べてるの！？」といったらお箸をおきましたが…
揃って「いただきます」が好きです

午後からのスタートが11:00過ぎだったそうで、軽い早いランチだったそうです
食べる前に、海老せんで飲み始めていました！
気が付いたら納豆も食べてました
